1. Scope of Warranty

Backyard Express warrants that all installation and assembly work performed by our team will be completed according to the manufacturer’s assembly instructions and industry best practices.

 

2. Duration

This warranty is valid for 30 days from the date the installation is completed.

 

3. Coverage

• Backyard Express guarantees the quality and accuracy of our workmanship.

• During the warranty period, we will correct any issues that result from assembly or installation errors at no additional cost to the customer.

 

4. Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues or damages resulting from:

• Customer interference, modification, or relocation after installation.

• Failure to follow maintenance or care instructions provided by the manufacturer.

• Weather conditions, natural disasters, misuse, accidents, or acts of vandalism.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

To maintain warranty eligibility, customers must:

• Provide proof of purchase or installation completion.

• Follow all care, safety, and maintenance guidelines outlined in the manufacturer’s instructions.

 

6. Claim Process

• To initiate a warranty claim, please contact Backyard Express by phone or email as soon as an issue is noticed.

• Backyard Express reserves the right to inspect the installation and assess the claim before authorizing repairs or adjustments.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Backyard Express’s liability under this warranty is strictly limited to the repair or correction of defective workmanship.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the installed product.

 

8. Voidance of Warranty

This warranty becomes void if:

• Any repairs, modifications, or disassembly are performed by anyone other than Backyard Express or an authorized technician.
